Jo's passionate about helping people learn how they can overcome anxiety and negative self-talk by creating healthy habits.
She's trained in both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga, using both styles when sharing Punk Rock Yoga.
Jo teaches regular live-stream classes via her online studio, plus at events and underground punk festivals in the UK and Europe.
She spends most of her time helping people to create healthy habits that strengthen their nervous system, using the contemplative practices of yoga and meditation.
As a long-term sufferer of an anxiety disorder, I understand how crippling it can be when trying to live a "normal" life. I share yoga in a creative way using a style that is all-inclusive; using music, breath and movement to release tension in the body and mind.
